Robin is a Baseline Director and Director at ASE Consulting. He is directly involved in large IT-enabled change programmes in both the public and private sectors, which he has been doing for over 25 years. These projects often relate to nationwide, strategic solution delivery.

Robin works at Board level, advising on all aspects of the programme life-cycle, including the practical application of commercial decision making to enable project delivery. He also has proven ability to find innovative, sustainable solutions to complex project and commercial issues. Through ASE Consulting – which has over 25 years’ experience of helping clients deliver improved business outcomes through the intelligent use and application of technology – he provides access to a broad and proven team of technical, commercial, security and programme management skills that provide hands on practical advice and support in major technology delivery programmes.
