Edoardo is the Chief Executive of Baseline and has been a driving force behind the development of our approach to helping clients achieve improved compliance while delivering significant cost savings.

He helps clients develop breakthrough ideas and partnerships for top-line growth and business model innovation, with experience spanning the pharmaceutical and medical devices (where he has led several projects on innovative approaches to market access and on improving R&D Operational Excellence), consumer goods, retail, services and education sectors. He is a certified consultant and instructor in the Lean Six Sigma approach to quality.

In 2009 Edoardo was the recipient of the “Consulting and Training Excellence Award”, awarded by the Italian business community as recognition for the last 20+ years’ supporting his clients in their transformation journeys.
