As Commercial Director at Baseline, Will supports the development and implementation of solutions and initiatives to support the growth strategy of the business.

He works with Baseline consultants and lawyers to develop business-focussed solutions, designed to support clients with their evolving requirements in what is a changing competitive, technological and regulatory landscape.

Will joined the Baseline team in 2016, prior to which he was Head of Practice and Sector Business Development at Bird & Bird. He has previously worked in business development and marketing roles for a number of other leading international law firms, with a particular focus on the financial services sector.
